We have a team of excellent personal trainers all with their own specialities and field of expertise. Contact our team in reception or online to find the trainer suited to your goals!
Each personal trainer is self employed therefore their cost per session is different. Most sessions are done a block booking basis. For all price and session enquires please contact the trainer directly.
Of course! You can purchase a day pass at reception of either gym for just £10.
We take cash, card and contactless payments in the gym itself.
We stock the most popular and effective range of bars, drinks, pre workout and food. We also offer pre workout by the scoop! All are available at reception and you do not have to be a member to make use of our reception store.
We have a range of merchandise available to purchase in the gym ranging from hats, t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. These are available to buy at reception.
Our age policy is strictly 16 and over due to the amount of heavy machinery within the gym.
You do not need an induction to enjoy our facilities. If you want to learn more about machines please feel free to ask our reception staff. For any advice on workouts, diets, programs etc please speak to one of our expert personal trainers.
We are one of the countries most well equipped gyms with multiple machines for each body part and also 2 functional fitness areas. We have had equipment shipped from all over the world to ensure you get the most out of your training at King’s Gym. A few of the brands we have are Hammer Strength, Panatta, Watson, Nautilus, Gymleco and many more. We also boast a huge variety of cardio equipment from assault bikes, rowers, ski ergs right to treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and stairmasters! We have newly refurbished changing rooms and washing facilities. Both men’s and women’s changing rooms are spacious, fully air conditioned with padlock lockers. The wash facilities are separated from the main changing rooms for ultimate privacy.
We have on site parking, however the car park is controlled by an external company who monitor the usage of the car park. The car park is FREE for 2 hours, if you stay over 2 hours without a permit they will send you a ticket with a fee of £60.
Enter your car registration details at reception to get a permanent parking permit. You can stay as long as you please when you have a permit. Please remember if you come in another car to enter that registration at reception too.
We cannot cancel any parking tickets as they are an external company.
