I do a 24 mile round trip 3 or 4 days a week to train here. Best gym I’ve ever been to and there’s been many. Easy to park, helpful staff and a generally friendly atmosphere from a huge array of people. Pro bodybuilders and regular fitness fans all going about their workouts without waiting around for machines or weights. Plenty of space and equipment for all. Brilliant place

I absolutely love this gym its honestly like a second home. The staff are unbelievable + the equipment gives you that next level session experience 💪  I honestly feel like I'm heading into a gym nightclub every time I walk in. Thanks yall for always making it memorable ❤️

Great gym Great atmosphere never had a problem getting on any equipment, friendly staff always happy to help and there's always a personal trainer around if you need any advice. In my opinion better than the big commercial gyms.

Best gym in the North West by a distance.. place is kept in great condition and the members all respect the gym and equipment! Great training environment and amazing value!!
