King’s Gym Farnworth will have a huge range of studio classes catering for all levels of fitness and experience led by some of the most amazing teachers in the North West. All of our 230+ classes a month will be included in your monthly membership, taking part in as many as you like each month at no extra cost.

BODY ATTACK

Body attack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

BODY PUMP

Barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, body pump gives you a total body workout.

BODY COMBAT

Step into a body combat workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. 

SPIN

Spin is an exercise class focusing on increasing general cardiovascular fitness. We work on endurance and strength, using a combination of HIIT and LISS whilst on the spin bikes.

PT WORKSHOP

Focusing mainly on functionality and fitness. A demonstration of pt knowledge and ability to put you through a gruelling strength, core and cardio session.

METAFIT

Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. 

KETTLECISE

Kettlecise is a Body Transformation, toning and weight loss system using blood pumping Kettlebell exercises in a set class routine that works every major and minor muscle group.

INTERVAL TRAINING

Carry on blasting fat long after the workout is over with Interval Training. Short, intense activity bursts followed by brief recovery periods kick your metabolism into overdrive, creating an oxygen debt, so your body keeps blitzing calories hours later.

STRENGTH TRAINING

A resistance based class that will use barbells and weights to give a total body conditioning workout. The class will focus on strength and technique exercises.

LBT (LEGS, BUMS, TUMS)

Improve the tone, shape and firmness of these three key areas with this complete aerobic workout that features lunges, crunches, and squats.

YOGA

Increase your energy and calm the mind with gentle Yoga stretches, postures and poses. Learn how breathing techniques can calm the mind; increase your mobility and flexibility.

BOXFIT

Learn boxing techniques, use focus pads, heavy bags and complete circuit style training to increase your heart and lung function.

BODY STRENGTH

HIIT

A HIIT Class is a specialised form of interval training that involves short maximum intense exercises that is separated by longer low intensity exercises.

BODY SCULPT

A low impact strength class that uses a mixture of barbells, dumbbells and your own body weight to tone, strengthen and reduce inches.

INSANITY

Insanity uses max interval training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest.

ZUMBA

Zumba fuses Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. The result? Exhilarating, calorie-torching workouts that you don’t want to miss.

BODY CONDITIONING

This is a total body conditioning class that combines cardio, strength and resistance exercises.
